稀土制剂对感染性皮肤病的疗效观察

Observations of Therapeutic Effects on Skin Infection Treated With Rare Earth Preparation(RDD-1)

通过临床试用 RDD-1型稀土制剂对脓疱疮、虫咬皮炎、多发性疖疮等174病例的疗效观察,说明该制剂县有一定杀菌消炎作用,对由细菌感染引起的浅表性皮肤病具有一定疗效。在174病例中痊愈85例、有效64例、无效26例,总有效率为85.1%。与白霉素制剂比较无明显差异。这种稀土制剂副作用小,无明显不良反应,使用时间短,一般在5～7天便可见效,可作为浅表性感染性皮肤病的外用药物。

The therapeutic effects of rare earth preparation(RDD-1)on Skin infection were observed from 174 patients in clinical treatment(1)85.1% of the patients showed different eytents of recovery,with a remarkble effective rate of 48.3 %.The results were comparable to albomycin preparation.(2 No side effects and defective reaction were found in clinical treatment.(3) Treatment period was short,patients would be recovered after using rare earth preparation for 5～7 days.The results of clinical treatment suggest that rare earth preparation(RDD-1)could be applied in treatment of superficial dermatitis.
