机械加工多孔管管束的沸腾换热特性

摘要 对机械加工多孔管管束的沸腾换热性能进行了理论分析与实验研究,结果表明:多孔管管束的换热性能与单管有一定的差别;同一管束中,处于不同位置的管子,其换热性能也不尽相同;其差别的大小及性质与热流密度及管束的结构有关.把管子的换热表面分为3个区域进行分析,可以很好地解释实验结果.本文整理出的换热关联式的计算值与实验值符合较好. The performance for the boiling heat transfer of the machined porous tube bundle has been theoretically analysed and experimentally studied,The results show that the performance of the tube bundle is different from that of a single tube,and it is not the same either in different place of the same tube,and the nature and magnitudes of the differences depond on the density heat flux and tube structure of the bundle.Dividing the surface of the tube into three parts to be analyzed,it will give a perfect explanation of the testing results.According to the interrelated heat transfer expression presented in this paper,the theoretically calculated values and the practically measured values are in good agreement.
