摘要
本文建立了多路换向阀阀芯的运动方程及幅频特性方程,由这些方程得到为了减少扰动频率的影响,应提高系统的固有频率.而固有频率与弹簧重量成反比,因此令其重量最小可作为多路换向阀复位弹簧优化设计的目标函数,在此基础上建立其优化模型,并应用单调分析法对一种多路换向阀进行了优化设计.
First,the dynamic equation and frequency equation of the valve core in the multiple-spool control valve are developed in this paper,From these equations,the intrinsic frequency of the valve should be increased in order to reduce the influence of disturbed frequency,But the intrinsic frequency varies inversely with the weight of the reset spring,so minimum weight should be the objective function for the optimal design.The optimal mathematical model of the reset spring is based on this foundation using monotone analysis method to the optimal design of the multiple-spoo control valve.
