水泥磨机合金钢衬板的研究

摘要 本文探讨了 ZG45Gr2MoBCuRe 和 ZGCr12Re 两种合金钢的组织和性能特点,研完了微量合金元素综合应用的效果.通过对比模拟磨损试验和实际装机试验证明。这两种材质的耐磨性同引进的大型水泥磨机衬板材质的耐磨性大体相当,比高锰钢衬板的耐磨性分别提高两倍和五倍多,是两种优良的耐磨材料. This paper studies the characteristic of microstructure and mechanical properties of the two kinds of alloy steel,ZG45Cr2MoBCuRe and ZGCr12- Re and the comprehensive application effects of the micro-alloy element which have been also studied.Through comparing the imitative wearing tests and the practical tcsts in mill,it is proved that the wearability of these two kinds of steels is the same as that of the imported lining on the large sized cement grinding mill,and is two times and five times higher than that of the high manganese steel lining separately.They are good wearing materials.
