摘要
应用PAP法对电针组(足三里穴)和对照组共38只豚鼠肾上腺环—磷酸腺苷免疫反应性(cAMP-IR)和环—磷酸乌苷免疫反应性(cGMP—IR)进行了观察。免疫阳性反应呈棕黄色颗粒,主要分布在细胞质和细胞膜内。电针组与对照组比较观察结果可见:电针组肾上腺cAMP—IR和cGMP—IR有显著性增强(P?0.05),而髓质cAMP—IR和cGMP-IR有增强,但不明显(P?0.05)。两组皮质cAMP—IR和cGMP—IR均比髓质强(P?0.05)。以上结果可表明电针“足三里”穴能引起肾上腺cAMP—IR和cGMP—IR显著性增强,髓质有增强。本文还对肾上腺cAMP-IR和cGMP-IR与髓质脑啡肽的相关性进行了分析。
In order to study the electroacupuncture effect on the cyclic nucleotides in theadrenal gland, and its relation with the founction in the adrenal gland, cAMP-IR(Cyclic Adenosine-3', 5' Monophosphate Immunoreactivity) and cGMP-IR (CyclicGuansine-3', 5' Monophosphate Immunoreactivity) were observed with PAP immu-nochemical technique in the adrenal gland of 38 guinea pigs, which were dividedinto the electroac upuncture group and the control group. The positive reactivity pre-sented brown granules, which were scattered in the cytoplasm and the cell membrane.The comparison of the electroacupuncture group with the control group showed thatcAMP-IR and cGMP-IR were significantly increased in the adrenal cortex ofthe guinea pigs of the electroacupuncture group(P<0.05), while there was no signi-ficant increase in the adrenal medulla(P 0.05). The cAMP-IR and cGMP-IR inthe adrenal cortex in both groups were stronger than those in the adrenal medulla (P<0.05). The results mentioned above indicate that the electroacupuncture of 'zusan-li' points may lead to the significant increase of cAMP-IR and cGMP-IR in theadrenal cortex. The relation between cGMP-IR and cGMP-IR and the relationbetween cyclic nucleotides and enkephalin in adrenal gland were also analyzed inthis paper.
