青少年手淫及心理状况调查

Investigation on the masturbation and the mental state of teensters

1987年5月对188名14～19岁男性中学生手淫与心理状况进行了调查。结果提示:青少年首次遗精和初次手淫有相伴随的趋势。手淫发生率为44.15%。表明随着青少年性的发育,手淫成为一较普遍的现象:青少年中存在着对性知识的贫乏与偏误,他们中有许多问题急待解决,并由此而造成心理上的负担。如为此苦恼、恐惧、不安、失眠、精神不振等。因此,应及早进行青春期性知识教育。

This paper sums up the results of the investigation of masturbation and themental state of 188 school boys (14-19). The results showed that the firstspermorrhea tended to be accompanied by the first maturbation. The incidenceof masturbation was 44.15%. The fact pointed out that with the sexual develop-ment of the teensters, masturbation became a general phenomenon. Owing to thelack and misunderstanding of sex knowledge, they had heavy ideological burdenon their mind such as worry, fear, unsteadiness insomnia and listlessness.Therefore, there were many problems to be solved urgently for them. So, we mustgive the teensters sex education as early as possible.
