摘要
轮胎模具花纹由空间曲面组成,人工制造困难。提出利用两个旋转坐标轴的数控系统再附加一简单的靠模的方法,可实现必需有四个坐标轴时才具备的数控机床功能。加工中采用函数跟踪法插补,并附有刀具偏移计算的功能,故可方便地完成各种复杂花纹的加工。
In order to substitute for manual manipulation, presents a new process used to manufacture the mould figure composed of curved faces in space. Using the numerical control system with two turning coordi- nated axes and one simple direct copy, the numerical control machine tool attains such function as which is based on four coordinated axes necessary. In the processing and contrilling, the function trace method is used to interpolate, and the offset calculating function is supplemented for need of tool replacement, so any complicate figure can be worked with it convenintly.
