摘要
本文对于在微波频率下用准开路短路法测复介电常数和复导磁率的测试范围和测试误差进行了讨论.∈',μ'误差在±10%以内,适当选择试样厚度Le和准开路线长度Lo七gσe和tgσm的误差可控制在±30%以内,测试范围与参数值的配合及Le有关,一般的隐身材料都在测试范围之内,本文还计算和讨论了误差与工Le及Lo的关系。
This paper discusses the measurable region and error analysis of the me asurement of complex permittivity and permeabilily with quasi-open-short end techniques under microwave frequencies. It is shown that the errors are within +30 percent for tgδe and tan δm by properly rhtoosing specimen thie kness Le and the open-end line tength to.The measurable tange is relavant to the matching of specimen parameters and covers that of ususat concealing materiats.
