摘要 本文介绍了甲叉基聚丙烯酰胺的矿场合成工艺,并对单体浓度、引发剂浓度,单体转化率、产品分子量、稳定剂及水质要求等问题作了讨论。本工艺简便易行,便于现场作业,可大幅度降低作业的能耗。采用本工艺制得的产品,质量可以达到专业厂家的质量标准。使用本产品进行现场堵水试验,成功率达80%。 In this paper a technology of aqueous solution copolymerization of acrylamide with methylene-N,N'-bisacrylamide at well sites is suggested for preparing water-plugging pol- ymer hydrogel with required characteristics which can be immediatly,without any addi- tional procedures,squeezed into the oil wells with water troubles.This simply obtainable hydrogel is comparable in quality and performance to that prepared by dissolving hand-cut commercial polymer.With this instant hydrogel a success percentage as high as up to 80% is obtained in field water plugging treatments.Various influencing factors in the copolym- erization process are discussed.
