摘要 木质素磺酸钠与苯酚、尿素和甲醛等物质反应后,可在适当条件下与聚丙烯酰胺交联,形成凝胶。在90℃下,胶凝时间为5—360小时。胶凝时间受组分浓度、温度、溶液 pH 值等因素影响。生成的凝胶粘度高于20000mPa·s,并能在90℃下长期保持稳定。岩心实验表明,该凝胶的封堵强度很高,亲水性好,可用于油田堵水和调剖。 Sodium lignosulfonate,after reacting with phenol,urea and formaldehyde,can form gels with polyacrylamide(PAM)under proper conditions.The gel-forming solution gives a gelation time range of 5-360 hours at temperature 90℃.The gelation time may be alter- ed by the concentration of components,pH value temperature,etc.The gel formed has a viscosity greater than 20000 mPa·s and keeps stable at temperature 90℃.However it is soluble in alkaline solutions.Simulation tests with consolidated cores show that the gel is hydrophilie and viscous.It has good strength for plugging.It has come to the conclusion that the gel-forming solution could be used in water-plugging and profile modification in oil fields.
