摘要
从美国引入的滤膜系数(Membrane Factor),已列为我国部颁油田注入水水质推荐指标之一。本文统计分析了548次现场实测资料并对影响 MF 值的主要因素进行了考察。结果表明,滤膜系数值并不能在所有情况下都正确地反映注入水水质的优劣,因此不宜作为统一的油田注入水水质的一项指标。
The membrane factor is calculated using the test results obtained on Membrane Filter in accordance with NACE standard TM-0173,Methods for Determining Water Quality for Subsurface Injection.It is one of the tentative requirements for flooding water quality currently accepted in our country.We have gathered and analyzed the statistical data from more than 548 actual measurments on site since 1983,and have studied the influence on the values of membrane factor determined of various factors such as the solid particle sizes and their distribution in water,the viscosity of water,and the filter cake permeability,etc. It has been proved that the membrane factor values are not a feasible,unified requirement for the quality of flooding water in oil fields.
