酸性富含脯氨酸蛋白(Acidic Prolin e-rich Proteins, APRPs)是在唾液中存在的,对牙齿的健康起保护作用的一类重要蛋白质.它由五种主要的蛋白质系统构成:富含脯氨酸蛋白(Proline-rich Proteins, Pr)、双带蛋白(Double-band Proteins, Db)、唾液酸性蛋白(Salivary Acidic Protein, Pa)、等电聚焦多型蛋白(Isoelectric Focusing Variant Proteins, PIF)和SDS电泳多型蛋白(SDS Electrophoretic Variant Protein, As).
The distribution of salivary acidic Proline-rich Proteins Phenotypes were studied using the ultra-thin PAGIEF technique in 258 Chinese Han population in Liaoning area. The gene frequencies were as follows: Pr^1 0.8101, Pr^20.1899; Db^+0.0416, Db^-0.9584; Pa^+0.1717, Pa^-0.8283; PIF^+0.6647, PIF^-0.3353. The observed numbers of the phenotypes were in good agreement with the expeced numbers under the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The gene frequenciet among the Chinese and other populations were compared.
