目前,敌敌畏仍是国内常见的毒物之一.尽管敌敌畏的分析方法已有大量文献报导和多年的应用历史,但体内敌敌畏的分析需经冗长的预处理步骤——提取、净化、浓缩,降低了毒物分析的速度.当采取大批量样本进行毒物学研究时,其缺点更加显而易见.顶空气相色谱分析体内敌敌畏国内外尚未见报导,与此相关的唯一文献是全国三届法医学会上的交流文章。

Today, DDVP is still commonly encountered by forensic toxicologists in China. In this paper, the possibility by HS-GC to determine DDVP in blood has been investigated, the method given allows simple and rapid procedure, excellent linearity in the range of 0.2-22ug/ml blood with requal to 0.998, and a detection limit 0.2ug/ml blood. The results from HS-GC were confirmed by those from conventional GC.
