摘要
目的探讨我国正常人角膜内皮细胞密度和形态特征,建立细胞密度和形态学的生理学参数。方法应用接触式角膜内皮细胞显微镜(日本Tomey公司EM-1000)及与其联网同步显示的角膜内皮细胞分析仪(日本Tomey公司—1020),对我国154例(244眼)正常人角膜内皮细胞进行了观察和分析。结果建立了细胞密度和形态学参数。发现:年龄和细胞平均面积、面积标准差、最大细胞面积、最小细胞面积以及五、七角形细胞出现率呈正相关关系,同细胞密度以及六角形细胞出现率呈负相关关系;细胞面积变异系数和平均面积及五、七角形细胞出现率呈正相关关系,同细胞密度以及六角形细胞出现率呈负相关关系,年龄和细胞面积变异系数呈正相关关系。进一步研究发现:左右眼之间以及同一角膜的中央和垂直方向的周边部间的内皮细胞无显著性差异。结论做角膜内皮细胞密度与形态的全面分析,不仅为评价角膜内皮细胞异常提供了较全面的变化参数,并将大大提高对角膜内皮功能失代偿评估的可靠性。
To study the endothelial density baseline and the morphological characteristics of the normal corneal endothelial cell. Methods 154 cases (244 eyes) Human endothelial morphologic changes were quantitated by specular microscopy and computer-assisted morphometry to establish normal baselincs of various morphologic parametres. Results Mean cell area, standard deviation, the frequency ofpentagones and heptagons, maximum cell, minimum cell,the coefficient of variation in cell area increases with age;cell density, the frequency of hexagons decreased with age;mean cell area, standard deviation, the frequency of pentagons and heptagons increasc with the coefficient of variation in cell area; cell density, the frequency of hexagons de creased with the coefficient of variation; and normal baseline parameters are detailed. Furthermore, no significant differ ence in any morphologic parameters, between the right and left eye and between central and peripheral endotheliumwas detected in thenormal corneas examined. ConclusionDetailied descriptions of cellular morphology may be more sensitive in detecting endothelial disease as compared to past measurements.
