摘要
本文用放免法测定了29例肺心病患者血浆TXB<sub>2</sub>6—酮—PGF<sub>1</sub><sup>α</sup>水平的变化,同时对其平均肺动脉压及血气进行了测定。结果表明:肺心病急性加重期TXB<sub>2</sub>升高,6—酮—PGF<sub>1</sub><sup>α</sup>下降,TXB<sub>2</sub>/6—酮—PGF<sub>1</sub><sup>α</sup>比值升高。缓解期,TXB<sub>2</sub>下降,6—酮—PGF<sub>1</sub><sup>α</sup>上升,TXB<sub>2</sub>/6—酮—PGF<sub>1</sub><sup>α</sup>下降,但均末达到正常水平。相关分析表明:ppA与TXB<sub>2</sub>正相关,与6—酮—PGF<sub>1</sub><sup>α</sup>负相关、与TXB<sub>2</sub>6—酮-PGF<sub>1</sub><sup>α</sup>正相关;PaO<sub>2</sub>与6—酮—PGF<sub>1</sub><sup>α</sup>正相关与TXB<sub>2</sub>6-酮-PGF<sub>1</sub><sup>α</sup>负相关。提示肺心病存在TXA<sub>2</sub>-PGI<sub>2</sub>平衡失调,且此平衡失调在低氧性肺血管收缩中起重要作用。
The plasma concentration of TXB_2, 6-Keto-PGF_1α was measured by RIA in 29 patients with cor pulmonale and 17 health person. The result showed that: ①TXB_2 was elevated, 6-Keto-PGF_1α reduced and ratio of TXB_2 to 6-Keto-PGF_1a elevated in acute stages of cor pulmonale; after treatment, TXB_1 was lowered, 6-Keto-PGF_1α increased and the ratio reduced, but they all didn't reach the control level. ②the correlation study indicated that mean pulmonary arteriol pressure (Ppa) was correlated with TXB_2 (R=0.685,p<0.01), 6-Keto-PGF_1α(R=-0.827, p<0.01), and the ratio of TXB_2 to 6-Keto-PGF_1α(R=0.773, p<0.01). ③PaO_2 was correlated with 6-Keto-PGF_1α(R=0.555, p<0.01)and the ratio of TXB_2 to 6-Keto-PGF_1α(R=0.639, p<0.01). It isconcluded that there is TXA_2—PGI_2 imbalance in the patients with chronic cor pulmonale and the TXA_2—PGI_2 imbalance play an important role in the hypoxic pulmonary vasocontriction.
