摘要
作者对鱼体囊蚴进行了现场调查。共采集15种385尾淡水鱼,用鱼肉压片法发现9种255尾鱼感染了肝吸虫囊蚴,鱼的检出率为60%(9/15);鱼的感染率为66.2%(255/385)。麦穗鱼和青鳉的感染率为100%,感染度分别为233.57个/g和106.8个/g。对麦穗鱼、黑龙江鳑鲅、鲈塘鳢、青鳉等进行了克囊蚴数的测定和囊蚴分布的调查,发现鱼皮内和鱼肉内蚴裳最多,各部位囊蚴的数量是否与检查季节有关,须进一步探讨。
The metacercaria in fresh-water fish was investigated in the epidemic area of the outbreak of clonorchis sinensis,385 fishes of 15 species were collected. 9 species of the fish were infected with the metacercaria of the clonorchis sinensis.The detectable rate of fish was 60% ( 9/15). The infected rate of the metacercaria was 66.2%(255/385). In 9 species of the fish, the infection rate of pseudorasbora parva and orgzias latipes was 100%. The number of the metacercariae/g was 233.57 and 106.8,respectively. The metacercariae/g were numbered in Pseudorasbora parva, Rhoxinus percnurus,Perccottus Glehnidybowski and Oryzias latipes. Distribution of the metacercariae was investigated in the fish. A large number of the metacercaria were discovered in the skin and fish, whether the number of metacercariac distribution was concerned with the season of examination or not, further investigation must be made.
