摘要
本文对虹鳟消化道做了显微结构的观察,口腔基膜之下有经伊红染色较深的密层,有味蕾,无唾液腺。食管粘膜厚,有纵行褶皱,肌肉层内纵肌层厚于外环肌层,肌肉为横纹肌。胃有纵行平滑肌纤维的粘膜肌层,有稠密排列胶原纤维特化层和颗粒层。在固有膜与粘膜下层之间,有一个不规则环形网和纵行平滑肌纤维组成的独特部分,称粘膜肌层。幽门区有胃腺,为颈粘液细胞特殊腺体,肌肉层最厚,肠后部有特殊的瓣,由粘膜和环肌形成螺旋隔伸入肠腔。幽门盲囊每排54—82个、肝为网管腺。
Under the oral cavity and basement membrane, the stratum compactum with is stained by eosin deeply has taste buds and lack salivary gland. Mucosa of esophagus is thick and longitudinally plica. Inside of muscular layer is longitudinal muscule and outside of muscular is circularum oppsite to combine of circular muscule and muscule of the other layer of digestive tract. Muscule is striated muscle. Stomach has muscosa muscular layer of smooth muscule fiber and collagenous fibers ranged densely and stratum granulosum. Between lamina propria and submuscosa, there is an irrengularly circular net and a particular part of longitudinal smooth muscle fiber. Lamina muscularis mucosa. Pyloric pegion has gastric gland rather particular of gland as neck mucous cells. Muscular is the thickest. Back part of intestine has particular valve. Annulo—spiral sepia is shaped from lamnina and circular muscle and plunged into intestine cavity. Every range of pyloric caeca is 54 to 82. Liver is reticulo tubular gland.
