准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术后角膜厚度的变化 被引量:4

The Change of the Corneal Pachymetry after Excimer Laser Photorefractive Keratectomy

摘要 目的探讨准分子激光角膜切削术后角膜厚度的变化。方法采用Tomey,SP—2000型角膜超声测厚仪测量PRK术前及术后1月、3月及6月的角膜厚度。结果角膜厚度1月与3月、6月之间有显著差异,3月与6月之间无显著差异,A、B两组间术后1月、3月有显著差异,6月无显著差异。结论PRK术后角膜厚度在3个月时趋于稳定,术前屈光度的高低与术后角膜厚度的大小无关。 Observer the change of corneal pachymetry post excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy (PRK).Methods Used Tomey. SP-2000 ultrasonic machine to measure the corneal thickness before and after PRK. Results The corneal pachymetry at 1 and 3 month was ofstatistically significant differences,and the same at 1 and 6 month. but at 3 and 6 month was not so. Group A and Group B at 1,3 month was of statistically significant differences,and was not of at 6 month. Conclusion The corneal thickness was stability at 3 month after PRK. The refractive power before PRK was not relation with the cornealpachymetry after PRK.
