本文调查了237名重型卡车司机和336名银行财会人员的自觉症状,前者下背痛43.88%,后者22.02%,两者有显著性差异。同时随机抽取51名司机和50名财会人员作腰椎X线正、侧位摄片。发现唇样增生发生率前者37.25%,后者22.57%,两组有显著性差异。作者认为接触振动是司机腰部疾患明显升高的重要原因。

The subjective symptoms for 237 truck drivers and 336 bank accountants were investigated. The low-back pain was shown to be 43.88% in the drivers and 22.02% in the accountants. The difference was statistically significant. In addition, both ortho and lateral X-ray films of lumbar vertebra were made on 51 drivers and 56 accountants by random sampling. It was found that the morbidity of the lip-like proliferation was 37.25% in the drivers and 21.43% in the accountants. The difference was statistically significant. It was suggested that the direct vibration exposure might be the key factor for the obvious increase of lumbar trouble among the drivers.
