18-β甘草次酸钠对鼠缺氧的影响 被引量:4

摘要 甘草次酸钠ip,14mg/kg,21mg/kg能明显延长小鼠在常压及减压条件下的存活时间。增强氰化钾、亚硝酸钠引起组织缺氧和结扎颈总动脉造成脑循环障碍性缺氧的耐受力。能明显对抗大鼠因垂体后叶素所致急性心肌缺血心电图的变化。 The effect of SGA on tolerance toward hypoxia are studied. When intraperitoneal injection of 14mg/kg and 21mg/kg of SGA, the hypoxic survial time of the mice under 630mmHg and low atmospheric pressure, histanoxia induced by, KCN or NANO_2 and cerebral histanoxia caused by a carotis communis being ligatured were prolonged significantly. The venae dorsalis linguae injection of 10.5mg/kg SGA produced noticeable influence on ECG of anestheti- zed rats. The acute LD_(50) of SGA in miceare 406±79mg/kg administered orally and 134.9±39.2mg/kg intraperitoneally injection. It suggested that SGA might improve the O_2 utilization during hypoxia.
