日本气体分离膜技术进展

The progress of gas separation membrane in Japan

介绍了日本碳一气体分离膜技术的进展情况。自1980年以来,经过近七年的努力,建立了稳定的分离膜性能评价装置;对膜材料的改良及制膜技术的改进工作取得了实效;建立了标准单元装置;初步完成了理论研究工作;并在接近工业化的条件下进行了大流量、长时间的运转试验。

This paper describes the progress of membrane for separating gases in the field of C_1 chemistry in Japan for the recent eight years. The stable unit for evaluation of performance of membrane separation has been established. Some good results have been obtained in the modification of membrane materials and the improvement of membrane making technique. The standard unit has been installed and the theoretic research work has been completed preliminarily. The trial operaton with a high f(?)ux and longer period under the conditions approaching to the industrial practice has already been carried out.
