摘要
介绍以氰化钠和硫酸亚铁(或氯化亚铁)为原料生产亚铁氰化钠的方法。它是通过对滤出亚铁氰化钠晶体后的母液进行特殊处理(除去其中的硫酸钠或氰化钠),而使母液无限循环使用,实现完全无废液排放的闭合性生产。从根本上消除了含氰母液对环境的污染。应用此方法,产品收率达95~97%,提高收率12~15%,以生产1吨亚铁氰化钠计,回收氧氧化钠0.12~0.15吨,回收主要副产物硫酸钠0.36吨,降低能耗17%,综合生产成本降低30%以上。该方法有显著的经济效益、社会效益和环保效益。
This paper describes a process for production of sodium ferrocyanide by using sodium cyanide and ferrous sulfate (or ferrous chloride) as feedstocks. The filtrated stock in which the crystallite of sodium ferrocyanide has been filtrated out is specially treated to remove sodium sulfate or sodium chloride in it so that the filtrated stock can be circulated in use unlimitedly, In the closed-cycle operation of the present process no waste liquid is drained from the unit, thus eliminating the environment pollution caused by the filtrated stock containing cyanide.
