平板玻璃厂工人体力劳动强度的调查

摘要 本文对平板玻璃厂工人体力劳动强度的调查结果表明,该厂9个工种的平均劳动时间率为58%(18~83%);8小时工作日平均耗能为7010kJ/man(4043~9190)。在所调查的9个工种中,劳动强度属Ⅰ级占33.3%,Ⅱ级占44.4%,Ⅲ级占22.3%。与其它玻璃制品行业比较,平板玻璃厂主要特点是劳动耗能量大,工时利用率低。为此,建议今后应改进生产工艺与劳动条件,合理劳动定额、定员,提高工时利用率,降低体力劳动强度。 The physical work intensities of 58 male workers from 9 different jobs at a glass factory were investigated. The results indicated that the average rate of labour time was 58%; the labor metabolic rate was 8.3382kJ/m^2·min; the mean value of energy expenditure was 7009kJ/man during working period (8h). The intensity classification of physical work for those different jobs were as follows: 33.3% as level Ⅰ; 44.4% as level Ⅱ; and 22.3% as leve Ⅲ respectively.
