镀铬轴电化学—机械光整加工的探讨

摘要 本文介绍了电化学——机械复合加工的基本原理;试验所用的设备和加工方法;讨论了各项工艺参数对镀铬件表面粗糙度和加工生产率的影响;并指出在复合加工过程中所形成的网纹对改善镀铭层润滑性能韵意义。 This paper presents the basic principle of electrochemical-mechanical machining(ECMM), the equipments and the machining method. The influences of all the technological parameters on the surface roughness of the chromiumplated pieces and the processing productivity are discussed. Finally, it's pointed out how the function of the reticulated cracks structure left on the chromium plated surface during the machining process improves the lubricating property.
