摘要 本文研究用HNO_3——H_2O_2湿法消化样品,原子吸收光谱法直接在水相中测定植物性中药中的铷。共存元素P、Al、Ti,Fe、K、Ca和Na等对铷测定的干扰,采用表面活性剂溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)(0.25%),Ca(0.5%)和K(0.3%)予以抑制。本法的相对标准偏差为5%,标准加入回收率为97~107%,适合大多数植物性中药中铷的测定。 This paper brings forward a method which can directly determine rubidium in traditional Chinese medicine by Atomic Absorption Spectrom-etry in water phase, using the wet HNO_3-H_2O_2 for digesting the given sample. The interference of matrix elements, Ca, K, P, Al, Ti, Fe and Na in the determination of rubidium was eliminated by the surface active agent CPB (0.25%), Ca(0.5%) and Na(0.3%) . The relative standard deviation of this method is 5%. The recovery of it is 97-107%. It can be used as a determination of rubidium in many traditional Chinese medicines.
