To Administrate a University by Law Is the way for Education Development

本文以法治的观点,从依法治校的内容、任务和思考三个方面论述了实施依法治校既是解决稳定与发展这一矛盾的有效办法,也是进行民主科学化管理的有力手段;实施依法治校,不仅有助于科学教育的繁荣,而且有助于开创一个和谐有序、兴旺发达的安定政治局面。

Based on the view of rule by law in the management of a university, from three aspects of the content, target and speculaton, this paper exoounds that adminidtrating a university by law is both an effective way for solving the contradictory problem of stability and development of a university, and a powerful means for carrying out the democratic and scientific management. It not only contributes to the booming of science and education, but also conduces to the setting up of a stable political stage with harmony and prosperity.
