龙胆酸碱性氧化的ESR研究

The Study for Autooxidation of Gentisic acid in NaOH Solution by ESR

本文用电子自旋共振波谱法研究了龙胆酸在碱性溶液中的自动氧化。发现龙胆酸的碱性氧化不单纯是氧化过程,同时伴随着OH加到芳环上的变化,这种变化经历了醌中间过程。

The autooxidation of gentisic acid in NaoH solution was studied by ESR.The results show that gentisic acid is not simple oxidation,meanwhile following the react of OH adduct to aromatic ring of gentic acid,this kind of change pass through quinone medieal site.
