Determination of Trace copper and Manganese in Citrus of sichuan by GFAAS

本文研究了柑桔中铜和锰的石墨炉原子吸收测定法。对样品的预处理方法及测定条件进行了探讨,拟定了样品测定方法。Cu 的检出限为3×10^(-11)g;Mn的检出限为2.4×10^(-11)g。用本法测定了四川几个柑桔名产品的名品种中的铜和锰。

In this paper,a method for determination of copper and manganese in citrus byGFAAS is studied.The pretreatment of sample and the conditions for determination arpursued,and worked out the method for determination of sample.The detection liminof copper is 3×10^(-11)g,of manganese is 2.4×10^(-11)g.The copper and manganese iseseveral famous vavieties of famous citrus producing areas have been defermined by thitmethod.
