摘要
Nd-Sr定量与同位素比值多接收程序按单双与双单校正两种方案设计,可在一次质谱测定中获得高精密度数据。Nd的测定用^(146)Nd作稀释剂,校正参数用^(145)Nd/^(144)Nd=O.348430,^(146)Nd/^(144)Nd=2.07188。测定时中心接收器跳扫质量144,145与150.5,接收器为4到5个。用本程序测La JoLLa标准15次平均得^(143)Nd/^(144)Nd=O.511844±0.000005(2σ);BCR-I岩石标样^(143)Nd/^(144)Nd=0.512634±0.000006(2σ),Nd浓度为29.22PPm。Sr的测定中心接收器跳扫质量86、87、88、91.5,用3到4个接收器。数据处理过程类同于Nd程序。
The Programs Of multi-collectors for measurements of Nd, Sr concentrations and isotopic ratios were designed according to two schemes of single-double and double-single calibrations. High precision data can be obtained during one measurement, ^(146)Nd was used for Nd determinations, which isotopic ratios were normalized with parameters of^(145)Nd/^(144)Nd=0.348430 and ^(146)Nd/^(144)Nd=2.07188.
The analysis runs 4 or 5 collectors in which Axial collector jump at mass of 144, 145 and 150.5.The average ^(143)Nd/^(144)Nd of La Jolla Standard for fifteen beads is 0.511844±0.000005(2σ).
The rock standard of BCR-1 yield ^(143)Nd/^(144)Nd=0.512634±0.000006(2σ) and Nd concentration is 29.22ppm. Sr analysis uses 3 or 4 collectors and Axial collector jump at mass of 86, 87, 88 and 91.5. Data calculations are similar to Nd program.
