摘要
本文分析了上海24幢高层建筑物历时3—6年的沉降观察资料。这些建筑物全部是桩基础,桩长8~50米,层数为12~26层。分析表明建筑物的瞬时沉降和施工期沉降为实测总沉降的25~45%和45~75%。且桩基沉降与基础等效宽度成一定比例关系。本文按照弹性理论和上海实际地基情况提出了桩基沉降计算公式,计算的沉降值与实际沉降值比较接近。
This paper analyses the date obtained by long term settlement observation s on 24 rall buildings for 3-6 years in Shanghai. These are of 12-26 storeys high, and rest on pile foundation with piles of 8-50 meters long. The study of settle- ment history shows that immeduate settlement and construction settlement of the buildings are 25-45% and 45-70% of the final observed settlement respectively. It is found that the settlement is generally proportional to the equivalent breadth of the foundation. Based on the elastic analysis and practical experience gained in Shanghai, aformula for settlement computation is proposed and it is reasonablly in agreement with the measured value.
