摘要
通过乌龙茶对MNNG(N-甲基-N′-硝基-N-亚硝基胍)诱发大鼠胃肠道恶性肿瘤的抑制作用实验,结果表明,乌龙茶不仅能降低MNNG诱发大鼠胃肠道恶性肿瘤的发生率,还能抑制肿瘤的生长和转移。此外,还对乌龙茶的抑癌作用机制等进行了讨论,认为乌龙茶的抑癌作用可能与茶叶中的多酚破坏胃液中N-亚硝基化合物以及乌龙茶对免疫功能具有保护或调整作用有关。
The results obtained from our experiments indicate that: (1) Oolong Tea can reduce the tumor incidence of the gastrointestinal tract in rats induced by MNNG. (2) Oolong Tea may inhibit growth and metastasis of tumor. It was regarded that the anticarcinogenic mechanism of Oolong Tea may be related to that tea polyphenols degraded N-Ni-troso compounds in gastric juice, and 0olong Tea has an effect of protection or regulation on immunoreactivity.
