摘要
中药研究室植化组从黄芩茎叶中提取总黄酮,药理组通过离体兔心灌流和脑血流图仪测定证实黄芩茎叶总黄酮具有明显的增加冠脉流量和改善脑血流的作用。用quick氏一步法测定证明总黄酮对小鼠的凝血酶原时间具有明显的延长作用。同时,用wister大鼠以灌胃法给药一个月同时喂高胆固醇食物并设阳性及阴性对照组,以高铁硫酸显色法测定大鼠血浆胆固醇值,结果证明黄芩茎叶总黄酮具有明显的降低胆固醇作用。
Following pharmacological effect of the total flavonoid from stems and leaves of scutellaria baicalents was showed by animal experiments. The results showed that(1)the total flavonoid could obviously increase the coronary blood flow of the isolated preperations of the rabbit hearts (2)It has been proved that the total flavonoid could prolonggate the blood coagulation time and the prothrombin time in the mise by Quick-Method; (3)It has been proved that the total flavonoid could drop the plasma cholesterol in the Wister rats by ferrate-sulfuric acid method. During the experiment these Wister rats were given the total flavonoid by P.O. and were fed with food involved higher cholesterol in a month.
