高浓度秋水仙素直接制备孕早期绒毛膜染色体

DIRECT PREPARATION OF CHROSOME WITH HIGH CONCENTRATION COLCHICINE FROM THE CHORION OF FIRST TRIMESTER PREGNANCY

本文提出一种孕早期绒毛直接制备染色体的改进方法。用高浓度秋水仙素(40μg/ml)不经培养,直接低渗,可制备出分裂相多、分散好、G显带较满意的染色体标本,可供核型分析。

The article introduces the method of direct preparation of chro mosome from the chorion of first trimester pregnancy. By the way of hyposmosis, the high concentration colchicine were used to prepare the chromosome. The result showed that the dispersion and visualizatin were good; and could get high segmentation phase. The method can be used for typical analysis of chromosome.
