人血清过氧化脂质含量变化与衰老的关系

STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SERUM LIPOPEROXIDE LEVELS AND AGING

本实验采用TBA化学比色法对119例30～70岁的健康人血清中过氧化脂质含量进行了分析测定。结果表明,血清过氧化脂质含量随增龄而增加,60～岁组与30～岁40～岁组比较经t检验差别有高度显著性(P<0.01);50～岁组与30～岁组比较差别有显著性(P<0.05);各年龄组男女间差别无显著性(P>0.05)。

The serum lipoperoxide level in 119 normal subjects (range, 30～70 years old) was determined by the TBA chemical colorimetric met -hod.The results showed that the serum lipoperoxide levels are increased significantly with advancing age.It is noteworthy that the difference in the lipoperoxide level between 60～70 age group and the 30～39 age group or 40～49 age group was most significant P<0.01).
