本文报告溶血尿毒综合征5例,死亡3例,其中2例未及时腹膜透析,1例病情严重。治愈2例,均及时应用腹膜透析。急性肾功能衰竭是主要死亡原因。

In the 5 Patients, 2, died of not treating with Peritonaeum dialysis immediately, 1 died ofa severe condition, the cther 2 fully recovered from HUS because Peri tonaeum dialysis was Performed in time.
