光固化树脂在上颌前牙修复中的应用

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF LIGHT— CURED RESIN FOR RESTORATION OF ANTERIOR TEETH DEFECTS

作者选用自攻自断螺纹针辅助加强固位和光固化树脂联合应用,对26例前牙无固位洞型缺损、切角切端缺损和前牙间隙进行了修复。结果表明,这种方法是解决修复体固位与脱落的较为理想的方法,同时作者采用了“前牙间隙与有关牙齿合理分配法”。它对关闭前牙间隙,使其修复后在形态、色泽、功能等方面与全口牙齿美观谐调上很有利,修复效果较为理想。

<ABSTRACT> This Paper reports 26 cases of repaired anterior teeth defects, including cavity form defects,incisal angle and end defcts and the spatia of anterior teeth, with light-cured resin combined with screweu Pins. The anthors consider that this method is available and the rational readjustment of anterior teeth spatia is very impoetant for repairing the spatia.
