扁平部开窗次全玻璃体切除治疗3例新生血管性青光眼体会

TREATMENT OF THE NEOVASCULAR GLAUCOMA WITH OPENING WINDOW AT THE PARS PLANA AND SUB—COMPLETE VITRECTOMY

新生血管性青光眼是眼科很难治愈的一种眼病。我们采用扁平部开窗次全玻璃体切除术治疗3例病人,经1.5～1.3个月的追踪观察,眼压不用降眼压药控制良好,虹膜红变消失,故提出该种手术作一探讨。

Three cases of neovascular glauooma were treated with opining window at the Pars Plana and sub-complete vitrectomy。These Patients were followed-up for 1.5 to t3 months。Their intraocular Pressure was cotrolled at normal level and rubeosis iridis disappered。Thereby,the authors suggest that the operation is very valuable。
