摘要
本文运用最优化方法的基本原理,对在机械加工车间或某一条生产线上同时安排多种被加工工件时,如何找出生产率最高的工艺流程方案问题进行了分析。文中介绍了优化工序的基本方法和规则,给出了常用方法的计算程序框图和计算实例,可供从事机械制造厂生产管理工作人员参考。
In the paper,the fundamental principle of optimization is used in lookingfor the technological process scheme with the most favourite productivity ina mechanical processing shop or a line of production in which several kindsof workpieces are arranged to be processed at the same time,the basic me-thod and principle of optimizing process are introduced,and programing flowcharts most in use and computing examples are given too.The results in thepaper can be consulted by production managers in mechanical plants.
