摘要
本文建立了步进电机驱动式数字阀的实用模型,并针对这类阀的变模型问题,设计了一种数字式分区线性控制器,完成了这类阀的电反馈闭环控制。实验结果表明,用这种控制器能大幅度提高步进电机驱动式数字阀的静、动态性能.文中还就这类阀的变模型问题进行了详细的讨论,并得出结论:对于步进电机驱动式数字阀的闭环控制,如果采用确定性模型,必将严重损失其动态性能。
The paper establishes a practical model of the digital valve driven by ste-pping motor,and desigens a digital controller,according to the“stochestic”ofthe model.So a kind of electric closed-loop control of the valve has been fini-sted in the paper,and higher accuracy and dynamic performance may beobtained by using the controller。The paper discusses th“stochestic”of the model and comes to the conclusiontlat in closed-loop control of the digital valve driven by stepping motor,if adeterminate model of the valve is adopted,the dynamic performance of thevalve will be greatly lowered
