摘要
在大量试验研究的基础上,作者研制了一种光纤表面粗糙度在线测量系统,该系统以光散射法测量表面粗糙度为理论基础,用光导纤维束作为传感器,并通过单片微机系统进行数据处理和实时显示。本文还针对外圆磨在线检测中存在的冷却液、杂散光影响、工件尺寸变化、仪器的装夹对中和定标等一系列问题进行了研究,提出了解决或改进的办法,从而为该测试技术的实施与推广向前推进了一步。
Based on large amount of experiments, a new in-process measurement system for the surface roughness with optics-fibre has been developed successfully. By this system, an optical fibre sensor is utilized to illuminate the workpiece surface and to detect the intensity of the reflected light. Signals coming from the sensor, through photodetector, pre-amplifier, low-pass filter and A/D convertor, are sent to a single chip micro-computer 8031. This system can display the roughness parameter Ra in digital. To solve the problems occuring in the cylindrical grinding process, such as the grinding fluid, circumstance light, changes of workpiece diameter and design of measurement device, the author presented some new ideas and measures. It is very advantageous for the practical applications of this in-process technique.
