摘要
本文叙述了一种测定材料阻尼特性的新方法,其基本原理是基于直杆纵波理论,建立其材料动力学性质的数学模型来测定材料的阻尼特性。旨在克服目前常规测定方法的局限性,全面合理地评价材料的阻尼特性。实验分析中发现了用常规方法标定阻抗头所带来的问题和阻抗头附加质量对测量结果产生的不良影响,并分别提出了改进的办法和修正措施。还解决了计算机程序设计中存在的收敛问题和精度问题。最后对本文测定方法作了一定的评价和说明。
In this paper, a new experiment way for measuring the material damping properties has been studied. Based on the lengthways undulate theory, the mathematical model of the material dynamics has been set up, which can obtain the material damping properties. The goal is to dispel the defects of the common testing methods and discuss reasonably the material damping properties. During the experiment, it is found that the problem of measuring the transducer scale constant, and the influence of transducer additive mass, which can mistake the measure results. In order to improve and correct that finally and solve the restraint, precision problems in designing the computer's programs, at the end, some discussions of the measuring method have been taken.
