摘要
本文根据纺织物染色工艺过程中所遵循的热量平衡和质量平衡基本关系,提出了纺织物染色过程实现微机数模控制的数学模型,并以国内典型的常温常压式染色机典型温度曲线为例,作了计算机数学模拟研究,获得了染色机升温、降温、保温等过程所需的加冷水量、蒸汽量、排水量随时间的变化关系曲线,为染色机实现微机数模控制提供了理论依据。
In this paper we present the mathematical models of the dyeing machine with general temperature and pressure, according to the heat balance and mass balance in the dyeing processes for textiles. Computer Simulations were conducted for the dyeing machine with a typical temperature schedule. The flow curves of water supply, steam and draw in the processes are obtained, which supply the theoretical bases for the control of the dyeing machine by a microcomputer with mathematical models.The simulation results show that the proposed model makes the computer control of dyeing machine possible.
