羊膜间充质干细胞研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近些年来,再生医学蓬勃发展,它主要致力于使用于细胞来生成机体组织和器官以替代人体丧失功能的器官和组织来达到治疗目的。再生医学需要具备三个必要的条件:(1)干细胞,即具有高度的自我更新、增殖和分化能力,能够修复受损器官组织的细胞;(2)支架,支持细胞的生长;(3)生长和分化因子,促进细胞增殖和分化。
