摘要
本文对电阻炉的微机双模控制进行了试验研究。分析了各种离散PID算式的特点和应用于慢过程温度控制所存在的问题。设计了B—B控制和变速积分PID相结合的双模控制方法并编制了应用软件。联机试验结果是好的。
The microcomputer dual mode controe for the temperature of resistance-heated furnace is experimented and resarched. The particalar and problem of every kinds of discrate PID calculatting methods and the problem of applying it to tem perature control of slow process are analysed. The method and software of dual mode control combining PID with Bnag—Bang are designed. The result of experment is good.
