味精中铁测定法的探讨

Discussion of Determinatiou of Irou in Monosodium Glutamate

实验探讨了味精中铁测定的三种分光光度法,就其灵敏度、稳定性及与比耳定律符合的程度作了比较,得出:邻二氮菲亚铁法较好,并用此法分别测出味精中亚路和高铁。

Spectropotometries of iron in mono-sodium glutamate have been compared with senitivity,stability and coefficient of linear relation.It is obtained that 1,10～phenanthroinc—Fe^(2+)is better than others.
