摘要
本文简要叙述本室振动筛试验台的结构和特点。并用相对运动理论分析了筛上物的运动规律、运动条件,及其运动参数K(加速度比)在不同条件下的取值范围,并在振动筛上实测后加以验证。适当提高K值,特别在曲柄转速n一定时,增加筛子摆幅(即提高曲柄半径r),可提高筛子清选效果,在生产上具有一定指导作用。
The structure and characters of the shaker test-bed were briefly described in this paper. The motion regularities and conditions of the material on the shaker were analysed according to the relative motion theory. The range of the K value (the ratio of acceleration) was determined under different conditions The result was verified on the shaker test-bed. It is pointed out that the cleaning effect of the shaker is raised while the K value is increased and the pendulum range is extended (i.e. increasing the radius of the crank r) , especially when the turn speed of the crank n is constant. The result will act on the guiding of tne production.
