春小麦不同品种籽粒灌浆性状的比较观察

摘要 春小麦籽粒灌浆成熟是决定粒重的关键时期,开花受精后28日左右,麦粒长、宽、厚已达最大值,干物重增加快,35日后直至成熟干物重变化不大。干物重增加主要是贮藏在胚乳内的淀粉粒逐渐形成和增加所引起的。粒重与灌浆期长短成正相关灌浆期长,灌浆强度大的品种粒重大;胚乳细胞发育快,淀粉粒积累早的品种干物质积累快。 The Period of grain in milk is a key to determin the seed weight. About 28 days after fertilization the grains grow at maximum in size and fhe accumulator increase fast. The dry material has little change from 35th day to muture. The starch increasing in endosperm cause the entire seed to well. There is a positiv relationship between grain weight and the length of milk stage. It shows that the longer the milk stage the heavier the grain, also the endosperm cells develop faster. The dry material accumulator of early veriety is much rapid than the others.
