摘要 7ppm Hg~#对玉米、小麦幼苗生长具一定的刺激作用,而10ppm Hg~#则抑制幼苗生长。Hg~#对两种作物根系生长有不同的生理效应,而对玉米、小麦根系过氧化物酶影响表现为谱带减少或活性减弱。 Seedling growth was stimulated by using 7ppm Hg^(++) in maize and wheat, but there was inhibitory effect on seedling growth at 10ppm Hg^(++) level, The physiological effects of Hg^(++) on radicle growth were different between maize and wheat. It was quite evident that peroxidase isozymes of root were affected by Hg^(++) in maize and wheat,
