In this paper, the basic characteristics of the reverse A-structure at western segment of Northern Tianshan and southern margin of Junggar Basin are discussed. The Control action of the structure on the formation of endogenic ore deposits, coal and oil and on earthquakes are also studied. It is pointed out that the reverse λ-structure consists of a group of greatest shear plane formed by the collision of Eurasian and Indian plates.
