用最优化有理插值函数计算齿轮载荷分布系数K_β

摘要 在齿轮设计中,计算载荷分布系数K_β的值,过去都是在线图上(图 1)用三角扳手量目测估算其近似值,速度慢且误差大。本文将图1用平行于坐标轴的直线分划,把每一个长度单位分隔为10等份;于是由图1得到结点组(ψ_d,Κ_β),即标本组数。最后应用最优化有理插值函数建立了具体的数学模型和电算框图,并给出齿宽系数ψ_d的一些试验数据在长城0520CH机上运行,打印出Κ_β的理想结果。 Formerly in gear design the calculation Of load distribution factor K_βwas done by manual measure on a sketch with a set square and estim-ating its approximate value. This method was elaborate and large inerror. In this paper, Fig. 1 is divided by straight lines parallel to thecoordinate axis, each unit length is divided into ten equal parts. Thuswe can get the number of samples (φd, K_β) by Fig. 1. Finally by usingoptimized rational interpolating function, specific mathematical model isset up and calculation program flowchart prepared. And some testingdata of φd are also given. Then by operating on the Great Wall 0520CH Computer, ideal results of K_β are obtained.
